1.    Membership in the Happy Valley Casino Rewards program is free.

2.    Membership is limited to one account per person. Attempts to create multiple accounts may result in revoking the ability to earn points.

3.    Valid ID is required.

4.    Club enrollment is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older. Team members of Happy Valley Casino, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate.

5.    By enrolling, members agree to the program’s terms, conditions, and privacy policies. 

6.    Members are responsible for ensuring their personal information is accurate and up to date.

7.    Self-Excluded or Excluded individuals may NOT participate in this program. Should a member be added to the self-exclusion or excluded list after enrollment they will not be able to participate in promotions.  

8.    Rewards points are non-transferable and cannot be sold/traded for cash or cash equivalent to other guests. Any violations of this policy could result in a freeze on your HVC Rewards Card account up to and including revoking the ability to earn Rewards points through casino play and eviction from HVC.

9.    To earn points guests must insert their card into a slot machine or give it to a Table Games dealer at the beginning of each session. On slot machines the bezel will be green or there will be a validation with your name on the screen to show that the card is activated for play. At table games the rating session is closed and entered in the system and the points will be calculated by the system. 

10.    HVC is not responsible for incorrectly inserted cards or play at table games prior to the card being given to the dealer. 

11.    Your Happy Valley Casino Rewards membership may remain open; rewards points will expire from an account if there is no gaming activity on the account for over 12 months.

12.    Redeem points by downloading them on your slot machine using your PIN. Simply go to Player Services or Promotions desks for Free Bet or merchandise, our dining outlets or other rewards. There may be times when a HVC rewards card and valid ID or PIN will be required to redeem.

13.    Lost or stolen cards must be reported immediately.

14.    Fraudulent activity, including point manipulation, misuse of cards, or providing false information—may result in account suspension or termination.

15.    Redemption options and point values may change without notice. 

16.    Membership may be revoked at HVC’s discretion.

17.    Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided at hvcasino.com.

18.    HVC reserves the right to adjust point calculations at any time. 

19.    HVC may, in its discretion, cancel, amend, modify, restrict, and/or terminate the Rewards Program. The program terms, or any aspect or feature of the program at any time without prior notice, even if such changes may affect Rewards Points already earned and/or the value of rewards points already accumulated and/or the ability to redeem rewards.

20.    HVC’s decisions regarding program rules and disputes are final.
